Participation is open to registered members, scouts, and authorized volunteers.
For minors, parents/guardians must provide consent for enrollment and participation.
All members, parents, and guardians agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
Follow the Scout Promise, Scout Law, and club rules.
Maintain discipline during activities, camps, and events.
Respect Scout Masters, fellow members, and volunteers.
Ensure personal safety by following instructions and using appropriate gear.
Members and Scout Masters must:
Avoid discrimination, harassment, or misconduct.
Treat all participants fairly and equally.
Use polite and respectful language.
Uphold the values and positive image of scouting.
Regular attendance in training sessions, parades, and camps is expected.
Absences should be communicated in advance whenever possible.
Certificates, badges, and recognitions may depend on attendance and performance.
We may collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to such use for program administration, communication, and recordkeeping.
Photos and videos may be taken during activities for records, certificates, and promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing.
We strive to maintain a safe environment. However:
Outdoor activities (hiking, camping, etc.) involve certain risks.
Parents/guardians must ensure their child is physically fit for participation.
Jamiyat Youth Club is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of belongings except in cases of negligence.
Program or activity fees must be paid in advance.
Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the club.
Membership may be suspended or terminated if:
False information is provided during registration.
Misconduct or violation of rules occurs.
Fees remain unpaid after repeated reminders.
Visitors may use our website but must not:
Copy, distribute, or misuse content without permission.
Hack, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access.
Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal material.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised date. Continued participation means acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
